I do like the story so far. The best advice I can give to you is to work on your timing and pacing in animation; some shots go on too long while others are much too short.

Voice acting is a little off, but I'm more enamored by the idea of a post-human world inhabited by talking dogs.

Pretty good animation, especially characterization and timing, even if it's a bit stiff in places. I'm not entirely sure about the ending, though; was non-robot Pikachu behind the doppelgänger the whole time, or did they appear to save Cubone and friends? You could work on that continuity a bit next time.

Don't drink and traverse dimensional planes!

The cut-out style befits some ideas and limits others; the dancing and writhing on the prison floor in particular seems a bit rough around the edges due to the limits of the cut-out puppets. I'm also a bit thrown off by the mood of the piece, generally threatening or depressive without a solid resolution one way or the other.

A bit too rough for my tastes, but very moody and poignant. I'd suggest paying more attention to keeping a consistent shape to the characters while in-betweening.
